Returns and Refund

Our 30 Day Warranty

MyArgon stands behind our products and offers a 30 Day Warranty on all regular and sale priced items, (excluding hygiene products) starting from the date of you received the product in question. This means that all exchanges and refunds can be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Verification of return (i.e, return tracking number) will be required in order to process the refund; if verification is not supplied, a refund will no be processed. Returns must be sent no longer than 10 business days from the date you receive return instructions. Late returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is received we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that hygiene products are Final Sale. Please contact support@myargon.com for return instructions. Please do not send your packages back to the address listed on the shipping label (DES PLAINES, IL 60018 or any other) as that is not our return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refund Amounts

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Still not there? Contact your bank or credit card company next; sometimes refunds take longer to process before being posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@myargon.com. 

Exchanges

We offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged, or if you're simply not happy with the size or colour. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@myargon.com and we be more than happy to assist you! Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Final Sale Items

Due to their nature of certain products, we have a final sale policy on all underwear and products that are used orally (or in any orifice of the body) or are deemed hygiene products.
